You work in the “Hospitality industry” in the greatest city on earth. It was a zoo to begin with – 8,000,000 people trying to survive and thrive on this tiny island called Manhattan.  The odds that you’ll make it are stacked completely against you, yet you fight like hell every day to make sure that this place remains home to you.  For whatever reasons, you’re now employed in one of the hundreds of bistros, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, etc. that feed and water this concrete jungle.

Those who don’t do what we do can’t understand.

Those who don’t work where we work won’t understand.
